Our Mission

Sport as a Force for Change

Project GOLD uses the power of sport, music and creative arts to unite, educate and inspire young people in Jamaica's underserved communities — giving every child a pathway to their own "GOLD".

Founded by champion athletes who rose from the same communities they now serve, Project GOLD provides structured mentorship, life-skills workshops, and positive role models for youth aged 10–17 facing the pressures of crime, poverty and social exclusion.

Full Story

Our Programs

Five Components of Development

Each component draws on a different sport to teach life lessons that stick.
